    The best fish take-away we know of. We drive 100s of km extra to have a meal here en route Melbourne-Adelaide. Taste is fabulous and fresh local food too. A mixture of fish bites is a good choice.

    The food is awesome and well worth the visit. Recommend the fish bites. Staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. Favourite fish & chip shop in the South East.

    The fish was dry the prawns, potato cakes etc were all cooked from frozen. The absolute worst fish & chips we have ever had.

    Went to Robe seafood takeway today. Was there at 11am which is the opening hours that Google states only to find out after standing out there for 5 minutes and no one came to open the door. This was when I rang the store to speak to Karren who told me that they apparently "do not" have opening hours. After waiting patiently and entering the establishment and ordering the seafood back the staff was unable to explain to me the difference between crumbed and battered fish. After finally deciding and waiting 5 minutes for our order the rude staff member placed the order and the counter and rudely walked off.was not satisfied the food was oily and the fish was dry and did not taste fresh. Would not recommend to anyone and go to the bakery up the road.
