    It was only an overnight stay and the hotel met all our needs. Great location, clean and neat with an old world feel about it. Lovely meals.

    A lovely old pub that reminded me of the many I’ve visited in the UK. Service was great and the local fish and chips was done very well.

    Very helpful staff who go the extra mile. Excellent venue with historic significance. And the food was great.

    I didn't try any of the other bars in town but this was very busy for a Wednesday afternoon. Worth a visit in my opinion.
